Dr. George Adams Jr.

Dr. Adams, Jr. grew up right here in Music City and attended Montgomery Bell Academy. College took him to Dallas, TX to Southern Methodist University where he met his wife. He moved on to the University of Kentucky for dental school, his pediatric residency where he was Chief Resident, and championship basketball viewing. He completed the arduous process of board certification in 2006.


Community Service

Community service is important to Dr. Adams, Jr. as he practices it both locally and internationally. He has been involved with Interfaith Dental Clinic, serving low-income families without dental insurance ever since arriving back in Nashville in 2001. Dr. Adams Jr. is also passionate about serving the people of Haiti.   He has lead annual dental mission trips to Gobert and LeBorgne, Haiti since 2004.  Additionally, he has led surgical dental missions to Guatemala through the Shalom Foundation.

Dr. Adams, Jr. is Past President of the Tennessee Society of Pediatric Dentists.  He serves on the Anesthesia and Sedation Committee for the Tennessee Dental Association as well as the Medical Executive Committee for Centennial Surgery Center.


Meet the Family

Dr. Adams, Jr. and his wife Jamie have two daughters, Olivia and Meg, and a son named Will.  When not in the office or on a mission trip, he can be found hiking, road biking, or coaching one of his children’s sports teams.
